In Falsus tier list tracker — card ranking framework with tier rows preview

There is no honest In Falsus tier list before launch — the full card roster ships with the game on September 9, 2026. This page is our tracker: the ranking framework we'll use, what the demo already teaches, and where the published tiers will appear as real data lands.

How our tier list will rank cards

Every card will be scored on four axes — and each entry will show the math, not just a letter grade:

  1. Effective stats — Power/Defense after Blueprint penalties (penalty math: 1 penalty = 89%). A high-base card with sloppy placement loses to a clean mid-tier build.
  2. Trait utility — Traits that restore Resolve or boost damage scale with Encounter length; we'll rank them by average Phase value.
  3. Color coverage — the pentagon cycle (Red → Green → Purple → Yellow → Blue) means no single color dominates; coverage across your roster matters more than one god card.
  4. Farming cost — how many qualifying clears the Blueprint's Iota pool demands (the Farming Planner estimates it).

What the demo already tells us

  • Penalty discipline beats raw stats. The 89% / 56% / 0% penalty curve is steep — the best "tier" habit is zero-penalty placement, trainable right now on demo Blueprints.
  • Tolerance skills are tier-makers. Characters whose Tolerance ignores certain penalties enable layouts other cards cannot match.
  • Color matchup (×1.25) outranks small stat gaps. Order cards per Phase with the Loadout Simulator — its optimization suggestions quantify exactly this.
