In Falsus is out now — it released on September 9, 2026, exclusively on Steam for Windows PC (App ID 3971950). If you searched for the release date, the price, or whether the demo still works, this page has the launch-day facts: official regional pricing with the launch discount, what happened to the demo, and everything else that changed the moment the game went live.

Release date: out since September 9, 2026

lowiro announced the date on July 22, 2026, and stuck to it: In Falsus launched September 9, 2026 on Steam, as confirmed by the official lowiro news post and the Steam store page. The game shipped with 70+ songs (40+ originals), the full Japanese-voiced visual-novel story, and the complete card integration system. If you see a placeholder date like December 31, 2026 on an aggregator site, it is outdated — the game is already out.

Price: $39.99 with a 10% launch discount

How much does In Falsus cost? The Steam base price is $39.99 USD, and every region launched with a 10% introductory discount that ends September 23, 2026. After that date the base prices apply.

These are the official Steam store prices, verified on launch day. The game also supports Steam Cloud, Steam Family Sharing, and saving at any time — useful to know before you buy. If you are waiting for a deeper sale, nothing has been announced; the September 23 discount end date is the only confirmed deadline.

The demo: removed at launch

The free demo (Steam App ID 4355100) that accompanied In Falsus through its Next Fest run has been removed from the Steam store now that the full game is out — new players can no longer download it.

Two practical consequences:

  • Buy decisions are now made on reviews and footage, not a demo. Our gameplay and systems coverage is the fastest way to understand what you are buying.
  • lowiro never confirmed demo save transfer. Treat the full game as a fresh start — what genuinely carries over from the demo is your technique: mouse-note control (FIELD and FLICK), judgment discipline, and card integration knowledge from our beginner tips.

25 achievements at launch

In Falsus launched with 25 Steam achievements, from common rhythm milestones (an early Full Link sits above 80% of players) to near-unicorn card-crafting challenges under 0.1%. The full list with official descriptions and launch-day unlock rates is on our achievements page — useful for deciding what to chase first.

Language support: Japanese included

The Steam store page lists four supported languages: English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese — with Japanese marked for full audio support. The visual-novel story sections ship with full Japanese voice acting (the five protagonists each have credited CVs), so Japanese players get a native experience and everyone else gets the original performances with text in their language.

Platforms

At launch, In Falsus is Windows PC (Steam) only. No PlayStation, Switch, Xbox, mobile, or Mac version has been announced. For the full platform-by-platform breakdown — iOS, Android, Mac, and streaming workarounds — read can you play In Falsus on mobile?
