InFalsusTouch (InFalsusTouchTool on GitHub) is a community-built app that turns an Android or iOS device into a touch controller for In Falsus — the most creative workaround yet for a game with no official controller support.
What it does
In Falsus officially requires keyboard + mouse: six Floor keys plus continuous pointer input for FIELD and FLICK notes. InFalsusTouch bridges that gap by letting a phone or tablet act as the input surface — a touch screen can produce the smooth, continuous movement FIELD notes demand in a way a gamepad stick never can.
- Cross-platform — Android and iOS devices as the controller
- Remote input — the phone sends touch input to the PC running the game
- Community project — open source on GitHub (billma007/InFalsusTouchTool), no affiliation with lowiro
Who it's for
- Couch setups — play from a distance without a mouse on a desk
- Steam Deck users — an extra touch surface complements the Deck's keyboard + touchpad setup from our Steam Deck guide
- Tinkerers — players who already mod keybinds with AutoHotkey and Steam Input
Before you install
- It's unofficial. Nothing from lowiro; treat it like any third-party tool. Read the repository README and source before installing.
- Same trusted network. The phone and PC communicate over your local network — don't set it up on public Wi-Fi.
- Expect iteration. Device latency, screen size and grip all affect FIELD tracking; plan a tuning session before judging it.
- Updates may break it. When In Falsus patches (demo updates have already changed audio and video behavior), community tools may need their own updates.
Where to get it
The project lives on GitHub: billma007/InFalsusTouchTool. Check the repository for the latest build, setup instructions and compatibility notes — the README is the authoritative source, and it moves faster than any guide can track.
The honest bottom line
If standard keyboard + mouse works for you, keep it — no workaround beats the intended scheme. But for players the default setup leaves uncomfortable, InFalsusTouch is the most interesting option to appear since the demo launched, alongside community Steam Input configs and custom-built SDVX-style controllers.
