Hyaloüyne ULTIMATE, section by section
Hyaloüyne (ak+q) wears In Falsus's top ULTIMATE level: a six-key, 1,061-note chart that keeps a steady keyboard pulse underneath while the mouse lanes steal the show. This walkthrough follows two filmed runs — an EX clear and a no-input chart view — through the select screen, the opening holds, the cursor-field traps, the curved-beam finale and the EX result card.

Screenshots are frames from the two linked videos, credited above — the EX clear supplies the select, connect and result screens, the chart-view render supplies clean looks at the notes themselves. On-screen numbers are quoted as they appear.
The chart at a glance
- 1
Read the select screen first
Hyaloüyne's card shows the purple badge that matters: ULTIMATE, level 10 — the top of the ULT ladder. The same screen keeps your ULT high score (097'927'432 here) and, on the right, the Connect panel previewing the 158,500 Power and 127,600 Defense your loadout will carry into the dive. Check both before you commit.

Connect your five-card hand
Every dive is also an encounter. The CONNECT screen lines up your five cards between the two girls — this run pits Nia against Freya — and those cards are what turned into the Power and Defense numbers on the previous screen. A stronger hand here means the encounter half of the dive pays out better.

Opening to mid-game: holds below, cursor traps above
- 3
The chart opens wide — literally
No easing in: Hyaloüyne's first big object is a wide hold beam stretched across several keyboard lanes at once, and the filmed run lands it EXACT. From the first seconds the chart announces its pattern — the keyboard side carries broad, held shapes while you keep your fingers split across the six keys.

Mid-game: the cursor field starts pulling
Past the opening, the upper field comes alive. Wide triangular notes travel the cursor lanes while the keyboard keeps its pulse below — the mid-song stretch here holds a chain of 62 on clean EXACTs. This split attention is the chart's real identity: two hands, two instruments, one score.

What the chart view proves: ignore the mouse, lose
The no-input render makes the lesson brutally clear. With nobody steering, the keyboard lanes still register some EXACTs, but the untouched beams and cursor triangles stack red BREAK after BREAK. ULT 10 is built so the mouse lanes cannot be decorative — if your right hand drifts, the run bleeds out right here.

The final-stretch gauntlet
- 6
The finale announces itself with a curve
Near the end of the song the chart sends its signature shape: a curved beam that sweeps the entire play field, bending across lanes as it travels. The EX run rides it at chain 350. Nothing before the finale quite prepares your wrist for this sweep, so treat the mid-game as your stamina reserve.

Then the four-lane burst
The last seconds stack a yellow flick triangle over a row of keyboard-lane beams, and the filmed run clears all of it in one breath — four EXACT judgments flashing together at 096'476'314. This is the densest moment of the whole chart and the last impression it leaves before the field empties.

This is where unplayed runs die
The chart-view render never stood a chance: after a full song of stacking BREAKs on the cursor lanes, the red DIVE FAILED banner drops over the field at 018'190'580. The fail state is real and the finale is where it triggers — a human run that coasts through the mouse sections ends the same way.

Clearing it: banner and result card
- 9
Played right, the field empties into DIVE CLEARED
Survive the burst and the notes simply stop — the white DIVE CLEARED banner slides across the quiet field, followed by the encounter resolving in your favor. From here the run moves straight to the result card, where the chart tells you exactly how it went.

Reading the EX result card
The card is a full audit: 098'587'190 points and the purple EX badge; judgments of 951 + 84 EXACT, 22 NEAR and only 4 BREAK — 1,061 notes in total, every one accounted for; MAX LINK 384, the longest unbroken chain the four breaks allowed; and a final Miss Gauge of 13, meaning the clear landed with a sliver of health left. Below it, the encounter half adds another 000'210'272 with a Connected badge.

Hyaloüyne ULT FAQ
What does ULT 10 mean in In Falsus?
ULT (ULTIMATE) is the difficulty above EVO and below FORBIDDEN, played on all six keyboard lanes plus the mouse-driven cursor field. 10 is the highest ULT level at launch, and Hyaloüyne carries it with 1,061 notes at 162 BPM — the meanest cursor-field work of the ULT tier.
How hard is Hyaloüyne ULT 10?
It is the top of the ULT ladder, but its difficulty is back-loaded: the opening and mid-game are steady splits between keyboard and cursor, and the curved sweep plus four-lane burst at the end decide the run. Even the filmed EX clear finished with 4 BREAKs and just 13 remaining health.
What score do you need for an EX on this chart?
No official threshold has been published. The EX card in this guide landed at 098'587'190 with 1,035 EXACT, 22 NEAR and 4 BREAK — beating the player's previous AA of 097'927'406 by about 660,000. An EX+ tier exists above EX; the Cryogenic ULT 9 entry on our highest-difficulty charts page shows one.
How do you unlock ULT difficulty in the first place?
By building mastery across multiple charts. ULT sits locked behind the same across-the-roster progression that gates FORBIDDEN — clear charts across many songs rather than repeating one, and the tier opens up. Our song unlocks guide walks the full ladder.
What are the wide beams and triangles in the mouse lanes?
They are the cursor-field note types the chart leans on: broad held shapes that pin the cursor while triangular notes travel across the upper lanes. The result card splits judgments into TAP, HOLD, FIELD and FLICK columns — the highest-difficulty charts page shows a card with those columns expanded.
