Lights Out FBD 12: the FORBIDDEN count no wiki lists, first published from a perfect dive
USAO's Lights Out already has an ULT 10 log on this site; its FBD 12 — the hidden FORBIDDEN tier's take on the same song — publishes here with a note count no wiki carries. This page walks 도토리's perfect dive frame by frame: the judgment rows tally 1291 + 43 EXACT with NEAR 0 and BREAK 0, MAX LINK prints the same 1,334, and the settled receipt reads 100'001'291 at rank EX+. Twelve frames, each deep-linking the second it came from.

Frames come from 도토리's [In Falsus] Lights Out (FBD 12) PERFECT DIVE (MAX-43) (2:49, uploaded 2026-09-16, 143 views at QC time; upload metadata via yt-dlp, not frame evidence). The film carries no subtitles or auto-captions, so nothing is quoted from speech — every number is read off the game's own interface at the second each step links. The tier ladder, the EVO 720 and ULT 1,332 splits and the wiki-side nulls (FBD notes, BPM, length) were re-checked against the Miraheze song list on 2026-09-28.
Assist status: clean as far as the film's disclosure surfaces go. The select card carries no assist tag, the film prints no Assist Mode line, and both cards it shows — the cold-open receipt and the settled result card — render the IOTA slot as a wide panel reading ENCOUNTER UNLINKED, the same disclosure form logged on this site's other FBD receipts. The standing caveat holds: one recording, no second angle.
The gate: select, first notes, the early chain

The select card: FORBIDDEN 12, with a paper trail
The card pins Lights Out at FORBIDDEN 12 — the hidden tier above ULTIMATE — with the standing best of 099'926'326 printed under it and the jacket credited to 花澤明. That number is not abstract: the film opens on the receipt that set it, a DIVE CLEARED with a single BREAK whose own rows also tally 1,334. A FREEPLAY tag and the ILLUST credit change nothing; the level badge is the whole contract.

Let the first rows set the pace
The first EXACT calls land just past 001'049'295 and the chain watermark climbs to 14. FBD opens denser than this song's ULT log from note one, but nothing at the gate demands a stretch: keep the anchor fingers quiet and let the rows come to you. The watermark, not the sprites, is what to watch.

Track the watermark, not the fireworks
At 004'764'267 the watermark reads 64 while a yellow hold beam burns across the left lanes. On a run that ends in a PERFECT DIVE the watermark only ever moves up, which makes it the cheapest integrity check the HUD offers: if it stutters, something slipped. Sparks and hex rings are decoration; the number in the floor is the state.

The opening: wide beams and the first walls
- 4
Park a full hand under each wide beam
A violet wide beam sweeps the judgment line at 007'937'778 and the chain ticks to 106. Wide notes reward brace positions: two fingers under the band's edges, wrist quiet, no reaching for the middle. Lights Out's FBD chart reuses the wide-band shapes the ULT 10 log showed, at a spacing that forgives less.

Split the field before the beams ask
By 019'794'803 the chart runs a green beam on the right against side wedges, with two EXACT calls ringing together. The left hand owns the Shift-side lanes, the right owns the Space-side lanes, and crossings get assigned a second before they arrive. At watermark 265 the pattern is routine, not spectacle.

Count the row, then play it
At 027'729'053 five EXACT calls share one judgment line. Rows like this are why the FBD total matters: the chart stops offering groups and starts offering walls, and the eyes that win are the ones counting lanes, not chasing sprites. The green beam on the right is timing glue — hits land when its sparks do.

Treat the midchart bursts as checkpoints
At 060'499'759 a yellow laser bursts at the judgment line with the watermark on 808 — three fifths of the chart behind the run. Past this point Lights Out stops teaching and starts testing: same beam vocabulary, shorter gaps. If the watermark near a burst is where you last remember it, the run is still honest.

Walls on both flanks, hold the center
At 072'626'371 violet and crimson wall beams flank the highway while teal wedges ride the center lanes. Flanking walls look like the scariest frame in the film and play as the simplest: the walls are backdrop, the wedges are the chart. Anchor the center and let the edges blur.

The close: last notes, the banner, the receipt

The last seconds still climb
At 098'410'362 the watermark stands at 1313 — twenty-one notes from the top — with EXACT calls still landing. FBD charts spend their tails; nothing about the closing stretch is a formality. Between here and the banner the run adds the notes that carry it past 100 million.

PERFECT DIVE: every note accounted for
The PERFECT DIVE banner crosses the emptied highway. The game prints it only when every note in the chart was judged EXACT — zero NEAR, zero BREAK — which is what makes this film a note-count source at all: a run with a slip tallies less than the chart contains. The HUD already holds 100'001'291; the watermark on the floor reads 1334.

The card counts up before it tells the truth
The result card lands mid-roll: 096'994'358 here, settling at 100'001'291 about two seconds later. The judgment rows are already final — EXACT 1291 plus a second EXACT row of 43, NEAR 0, BREAK 0 — but the SCORE box is not. Any clip grabbed inside this window quotes a number the game never awarded.

Two closures on one card
Settled: 100'001'291 at rank EX+ with MAX LINK 1334 — and the closure is doubled. The judgment rows sum to the chart total (1291 + 43, NEAR 0, BREAK 0 = 1,334), and the card's arithmetic closes again against its HIGH SCORE row: 100'001'291 − 099'926'326 = the printed DIFFERENCE +000'074'965. The uploader's title says (MAX-43); the card's second EXACT row is 43 — an observation the frame records, not a rule this page claims.

FAQ
How many notes does Lights Out's FBD 12 chart have?
1,334 — first published on this page. The result card proves it twice: the judgment rows (EXACT 1291 plus a second EXACT row of 43, NEAR 0, BREAK 0) sum to 1,334 and MAX LINK prints the same 1,334 — and in a PERFECT DIVE that means every note in the chart was hit. Even the film's cold-open receipt, the previous best set with one BREAK, tallies 1288 + 45 + 0 + 1 = 1,334. The community wiki lists the level 12 chart but no FBD total; for scale, its ULT 10 row carries 1,332 (tap 324 + hold 420 + field 367 + flick 221) and EVO 7 carries 720, both checked 2026-09-28.
What does FBD mean in In Falsus?
FORBIDDEN — the hidden tier above ULTIMATE. The select card spells it out on its DIFFICULTY line, while the HUD song card abbreviates it: this film's chip prints FBD 12 next to SPEED 4.70 — this film's setting, not a recommendation. Lights Out carries the ladder MIN 4 / EVO 7 / ULT 10 / FBD 12 in the community wiki's table, version 1.0.2c.
Was this run assisted?
As far as the film discloses, no. The select card carries no assist tag, the film prints no Assist Mode line, and both result cards it shows render the IOTA slot as a wide panel reading ENCOUNTER UNLINKED — the same disclosure form logged on this site's other FBD receipts. The caveat is the standing one: a single recording, no second angle.
Why does one frame show a different final score?
Because the result card's SCORE box counts up after it lands: 096'994'358 at t=164, settled at 100'001'291 by t=166. The judgment rows and MAX LINK are final from the card's first frame; only the score rolls. Quote the settled frame (step 12) or the HUD, which has held 100'001'291 since the banner crossed.
Does this page spoil the game's story?
No. Every frame shows gameplay systems — select card, field, judgments, banner, result card — with no dialogue, story scenes or unlock narrative. Lights Out sits in the Act 2.5 chapter of the songs table and is flagged spoiler there, so the page stays chart-only by the site's standing policy; that chapter name is the only story-adjacent word on the page.
